For the 3-Course Menu, delight in the Hirame Crudo — kombu-cured flounder presented with shiso-infused tomatoes, flying fish roe, and our house-grown lime ponzu. This dish highlights OUMI’s signature balance of brightness and umami, expressing the purity of premium seafood with thoughtfully layered flavours.

For the 5-Course Menu, experience the depth and warmth of the Buta Kashira, featuring tender grilled pork jowl paired with maitake mushrooms and finished with a fragrant pineapple dashi sauce. Rich, smoky, and gently citrus-lifted, it reflects harmony, indulgence, and the spirit of new beginnings.
