Inspired by the precision and flowing rhythm of Suzuka Circuit’s iconic S-Curves, Oumi presents three exclusive à la carte creations for Singapore race week. 

From the delicate freshness of seasonal sashimi, the menu moves into the rich depth of grilled A4 Wagyu with crispy mushroom tempura, before finishing with the refined sweetness of Black Sesame Gelato. Each creation brings together refined Japanese craftsmanship, considered textures and intricate flavours — a subtle reflection of the circuit’s rhythm and precision.
